Quizedilla respects your privacy. This privacy policy explains how the app handles data and what you can expect as a user.
1. No account — no login
Quizedilla does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address or phone number to play. You can download the app and start playing right away.
For technical features in the app, an anonymous user ID may be created automatically in the background. This ID is not linked to your identity and is not used to identify you as a person.
2. What data is collected?
Quizedilla collects limited, anonymized usage data to improve the app and quiz content:
- Number of completed quiz sessions and which game mode was used
- Which quiz and category was played
- Aggregated statistics at question level (number of correct and wrong answers per question)
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell data to third parties.
3. Quiz content and sync
Quiz questions, answers and images are downloaded to your device from our servers. This lets you play offline after content has been synced. Quiz content is stored locally on your phone.
4. Local storage on device
Quizedilla stores quizzes and images locally on your device for fast access and offline play. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
5. Third-party services
Quizedilla uses Firebase (Google) for anonymous authentication, quiz content storage and anonymized play statistics. Google's processing of data is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store, and Apple's privacy policies apply to downloading and using the app through their platform.
6. Security
We follow established app development practices to ensure Quizedilla is safe to use. All data handling complies with Apple's privacy and security guidelines for iOS.
7. Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this policy if the app's functionality changes. The updated version will then be available here.
